Are you talking about Alcaraz's withdrawal here? Barcelona isn't a masters. So much for Masters' events being "Big Titles!" Seems loads of top players are willing to skip them as if seasoned veterans! WTF's going on?![]()

I really like his game, lets see how he fares against Fils in the SFJodar is really coming on strong. It seems he just keeps winning, and going deep. He's about the same age as Fonseca, but has played a lot less on the ATP Tour. He's #22 in the live Race rankings...best of any teenager, with Fonzie at #38, and only Sakamoto also in the top 100 at #92. Obviously its still early for the Race rankings, but they do tell us how well players have done so far this year.
Here you go old sport. But he has WD from Madrid along w/ Djokovic & Fritz next wk.! No Stream created for Madrid Masters yet! Too lazy to do it myself!![]()

Rublev vs. Fils is a battle of generational ATP 500 champions: Next Gen vs. Sincaraz Gen.

Not sure about Spain in particular, but Rafael is a typical name in all Latin languages I know.Is he named after Rafa or is Raphael just common in Spain?
I mean, that impression was really only left because he won three in 2020. He's got 7 for his career, same as Sinner, which is two fewer than Alcaraz.Congrats to Fils, hanging in there & finishing off his 4th ATP win in Barcelona defeating the "King of 500's," Andrey Rublev!![]()

Most ATP 500s (or equivalents): Lendl and Federer, tied with 24.
Kei Nishikori has the most ATP 500s (6) without a Masters.
Most Masters without a Slam: Zverev, of course, with 7.
