Qinwen was named the 2022 WTA New Comer of the Year, she has a great serve, a huge fhand and yes she is composed on the court, her coach Pere Riba has returned to coach Qinwen, he was on the coaching team of Gauff when she won the USO last year, and has returned to coach Qinwen, after Wim Fissette dumped her to return to Osaka this year.She is currently in the Top 10, after her good results, at the AO, and she has also spent some time training in Spain.
Qinwen has reached the QF of a GS last year at the USO where she met Saba and lost in straight sets.
I am a big fan of her game, and Li Na is also here at the AO to support her when she plays the final., would you believe it has been ten years since Li Na won the AO tournament, how ironic that another Chinese player has made the final at the AO, ten years later.

Aryna Sabalenka is the first player to reach back to back finals since Serena Williams (2016-17) and could be the first to repeat since Victoria Azarenka (2012-2013)
Zheng, on the 10th anniversary of Li Na's 2014 AO win, Zheng became the 2nd Chinese player to reach a Grand Slam final.21 year old Zheng was the highest ranked player left in her half, favorite to reach the 4th rd, her play has become more authoritative since then.Zheng's 1st serve is still the foundation of her game, she will need it against Saba, for free points and her return game has to be at a good consistency, Zheng hits her ground strokes with authority and her fhand is her biggest asset.If Zheng wins the title she will go to No 6 and if she is the R/U her ranking will be No 7
