As a competitive tennis player.

And this goes for all levels.

You must know what game you are really playing in your tennis matches, because it is not tennis.

The game that you are really playing is...

The Mental Game.

"Which is why most tennis players go from tennis slump to slump in their careers and never come close to reaching their full potential".

What's really sad in our coaching game right now is...

Nobody is teaching them this fact and they aren't asking the right questions to themselves, to discover this fact about tennis competition.

So, let me share them with you.

After you reach a certain level of play with your matchplay game and start competiting in tournaments on a regular basis.

You will at that time in your career.

Stop playing tennis and start playing the mental game and you will play it for the rest of your competitive career.

The most important thing that you have to realize is that...

"You are only as good as your mental game is on that given day".

Which means that.

You must work on your mental game, twice as much as you work on your tennis game!!

Then, never take it for granted.

I mean.

Doesn't that make sanes?

Of course it does!!

Anyway.

Do that... and you will start dominating any opponent that you face in matches, in months.
