i often hear the view expressed thtat 'at eh top of level of tennis, what separates players is mental'. this has always struck me as complete nonsense.
i actually think that tehcniuqe and athelticticsm are being under-rated here.
the better someone is technixcallt, the better their game will hold up under pressure, and therefore good tehcnique makes yu 'mentally strong'.
