And interestingly , "I Call Your Name" - written by Lennon & McCartney was first recorded by Billy Kramer and the Dakotas on june 27, 1963. The song would be released as a B-side to "Bad To Me" (also written by Lennon and McCartney).

I Call Your Name" on
March 1, 1964, at EMI Studios (Abbey Road) in London. It was recorded during a three-hour session, alongside "I'm Happy Just to Dance with You" and "Long Tall Sally". The song was released on the
Long Tall Sally EP in the UK on June 19, 1964.
Capitol records in the states would include "I Call Your Name" on "The Second Album" released in April 1964.
The american label would alter some of the tracks and sequence on the Beatles albums up until 1966.
