She has a western grip which is popular in the modern game. It helps generate heavy top spin and allows the player to handle high balls.

I could be!
But looking at that particular picture, I think that is an Eastern Forehand grip.
There also this one that kinda confirms it:

But then she can also be gripping laces like this:
